REGULAR PRICing options - February 11, 2019 - March 24, 2019 at 11:59 P.M.:
$25 - Pre-Conference (Must be registered for FULL CONFERENCE to attend Pre-Conference)
$109 - Full Conference (LUNCH INCLUDED)
$99 - Full Conference (NO LUNCH)
$99 - Saturday Only (LUNCH INCLUDED)
$89 - Saturday Only (NO LUNCH)
*In accordance with Canadian tax regulations, HST has been added to registration rates listed above.
All Registrations are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Registrations must be made by a group leader from each represented church registering. Students (under 18) cannot register for this event without adult chaperones.
What Does Registration Include?
Access to all General Sessions, Break Outs, Resource Hall and Exhibit Areas, Break Time Snacks, Delegate Handbag, and Onsite Activities.
Registration may include lunch on Saturday, if chosen when registering online (this is the responsibility of each registration group leader to choose whether registering for the onsite lunch option or not).
Registration does not include accommodations or additional meals.
How to Register
Online registration is the only method for registering for Blown Away. It is both secure, and immediate. If you are unable to register online, please contact the Blown Away Children and Family Ministries office.
Online registration is open until March 24, 2019 at 11:59 p.m. (Prices increase on February 4, 2019 when Early Bird closes)
Any registrations after March 24, 2019 at 11:59 p.m. will be done onsite, until Blown Away Children and Family Ministries Conference reaches maximum capacity (please note that walk-in registrations do not include an onsite lunch option)
Payment Options include: VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Cheque.
If you are paying by cheque, you will have 10 business days to have payment at our office. After that point, you will lose the spots you have reserved.
Is there a group rate?
A Group Rate Discount of $10 off per registrant is available for EARLY BIRD FULL CONFERENCE Rates Only, if you are registering a group of 5 or more people from the same church.

Please note there is NO Group Rate option after the Early Bird Prices, or for the Pre-Conference rate, or for Saturday Only Registrations
how do i get my registration packet?
When you arrive at Glad Tidings on Friday, April 5th or Saturday, April 6th, send ONE group representative to the Registration Desk. You will be able to check your group in, and obtain your group's package with wristbands and more at that time.
If there are any new registrations for yourself and/or your already registered group, there will be a ‘New Registrations” area marked at the Registration Desk (until Blown Away reaches maximum capacity).
If there are any issues with your registration there will be a ‘Registration Solutions” area onsite to serve you and your group.
